La base des recommandations est la pyramide alimentaire : en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, tous les aliments sont autoris\u00e9s, ce sont la quantit\u00e9 et la fr\u00e9quence qui sont d\u00e9terminantes. La base d&#8217;une alimentation saine est la pyramide alimentaire. Ce type d&#8217;alimentation est riche en l\u00e9gumes, en fruits frais, en l\u00e9gumineuses comme les haricots et les lentilles, ainsi qu&#8217;en produits \u00e0 base de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes. Le poisson peut \u00e9galement se retrouver dans l&#8217;assiette. Parall\u00e8lement, il est recommand\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire quelque peu la consommation de viande et d&#8217;alterner les sources de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et animales.<\/p>\n<p>Respectez la m\u00e9thode de l&#8217;assiette : un tiers de l&#8217;assiette est consacr\u00e9 aux l\u00e9gumes ou \u00e0 la salade.<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me tiers est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 un f\u00e9culent (par exemple des p\u00e2tes, du riz ou du pain). Privil\u00e9giez les produits \u00e0 base de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes. Le dernier tiers est constitu\u00e9 d&#8217;aliments riches en prot\u00e9ines. Il s&#8217;agit par exemple des lentilles, des haricots blancs, du tofu, du lait et des produits laitiers, des \u0153ufs ou de la viande et du poisson.<\/p>\n<p>Essayez autant que possible de consommer des aliments frais et de r\u00e9duire les aliments fortement transform\u00e9s. Vous pouvez y contribuer de plusieurs mani\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;une des adaptations les plus importantes est la r\u00e9duction de la consommation de sel, car cela fait baisser la tension art\u00e9rielle et pr\u00e9vient la r\u00e9tention d&#8217;eau. La population suisse consomme environ 9g de sel\/jour (OFAG 2024). La quantit\u00e9 recommand\u00e9e par l&#8217;OMS est de 5 grammes de sel par jour. La consommation moyenne de sel est donc trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e d&#8217;environ 75%.<\/p>\n<p>Commencez par une r\u00e9duction consciente en renon\u00e7ant \u00e0 resaler vos plats. Si vous r\u00e9duisez progressivement la quantit\u00e9 de sel, vos papilles gustatives auront le temps de s&#8217;habituer \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite et le repas n&#8217;aura pas un go\u00fbt fade. Les aliments qui contiennent beaucoup de sel devraient \u00eatre consomm\u00e9s aussi peu et rarement que possible ou \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement \u00e9vit\u00e9s. Il s&#8217;agit notamment des aliments suivants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soupes pr\u00eates \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi<\/li>\n<li>Snacks sal\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Produits carn\u00e9s comme la charcuterie<\/li>\n<li>Plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Assaisonnements comme la sauce soja, les condiments en poudre, les bouillons ou les condiments liquides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous devriez veiller \u00e0 utiliser moins de sel lors de la pr\u00e9paration des plats. Assaisonnez plut\u00f4t les plats avec d&#8217;autres \u00e9pices ou des herbes fra\u00eeches. Les \u00e9pices fortes peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es. Pour les m\u00e9langes d&#8217;\u00e9pices, il est utile de s&#8217;assurer qu&#8217;ils ne contiennent pas de sel. Notez que le fromage contient \u00e9galement beaucoup de sel. Il peut toutefois \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 en petites quantit\u00e9s (environ 40 g\/jour). Il est \u00e9galement utile de cuisiner autant que possible avec des produits frais plut\u00f4t que des produits transform\u00e9s. Pour les produits finis, vous pouvez faire attention \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tiquetage nutritionnel.
