Le raccomandazioni si basano sulla piramide alimentare: in generale, tutti gli alimenti sono permessi, ma quantit\u00e0 e frequenza sono determinanti. La piramide alimentare fornisce la base per una dieta equilibrata. Questo regime alimentare \u00e8 ricco di verdura, frutta fresca, legumi come fagioli e lenticchie e cereali integrali. Come paziente, ci sono molte cose che potete fare favorire un buon controllo della pressione arteriosa.<\/p>\n<p>Uno degli interventi pi\u00f9 efficaci \u00e8 ridurre il consumo di sale, poich\u00e9 questo contribuisce ad abbassare la pressione arteriosa e a prevenire la ritenzione idrica. La popolazione svizzera consuma in media 9 g di sale al giorno (BLV 2024), mentre l\u2019OMS raccomanda un massimo di 5 g al giorno. Ci\u00f2 significa che il consumo medio \u00e8 superiore del 75% rispetto al limite consigliato.<\/p>\n<p>Iniziate con una riduzione consapevole, evitando di aggiungere sale agli alimenti. Se si riduce gradualmente la quantit\u00e0 di sale, le papille gustative avranno il tempo di abituarsi alla quantit\u00e0 ridotta e il cibo non avr\u00e0 un sapore insipido.<\/p>\n<p>Gli alimenti che contengono molto sale andrebbero ridotti o evitati del tutto. Alcuni esempi<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zuppe pronte<\/li>\n<li>Snack salati<\/li>\n<li>Salumi e insaccati<\/li>\n<li>Piatti pronti<\/li>\n<li>Condimenti come salsa di soia, dadi da brodo e salse industriali<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Assicuratevi di ridurre il sale anche nella preparazione dei cibi. Usate erbe aromatiche e spezie al posto del sale, anche le spezie piccanti sono un&#8217;ottima alternativa. Insaporite i piatti con spezie o erbe fresche. Per quanto riguarda le miscele di spezie, \u00e8 utile assicurarsi che non contengano sale.<br \/>Fate attenzione al contenuto di sale nel formaggio: potete consumarlo, ma in piccole quantit\u00e0 (circa 40 g al giorno).<br \/>Preferite cibi freschi e cucinate il pi\u00f9 possibile con ingredienti naturali.
